Cam locks came from that site, many suppliers. If you search for "Camlocks - 22mm" I got mine from lockshop765
I decided on the tubular lock but they do regular key versions. The critical bit is the 22mm (distance from cam to top of thread) as this works well with the panniers with the straight cam provided.

As for donuts - I was thinking about a bulk buy so depends on if I ride or put the bike in the Van
