What you doing about the chain run/off setting the front sprocket?

hi zip, ellrider pointed me in the right direction for this [thanks mark], aprilia 600 has a concaved or offset front sprocket, hopefully enough to clear the 150 back tyre I have ,[currently running a 130 section on 17x 3.50 rim] the new rear wheel will be a 17 inch x 4.50, its trial and error at this stage as most of these parts haven't arrived yet so we shall see.

If you go really wide next step to look at is moving the lower frame leg out

managed to get the wheels on today, here's a few pictures, still work in progress as the chain is very close, I may pull the rim over a bit more with the spokes, something I didn't take into account was the main stand, I had to cut a bit out to clear the tyre, not sure if the 17 inch front looks a bit small, I've tried looking for a 19x3.50 rim but cant find one if anyone knows where I might get one let me know.

yes i agree, it has an aggressive look to it, but i like it, sort of don't mess with me look
