Been busy doing nowt and thought I'd best get round to sorting the money out.

For the two hotel stays we pay on arrival. Please note they have my credit card details as a security deposit and will charge me if we don't turn up.

The chalet / farm house is different. I payed a deposit of £141 in Nov and need to pay the ballance of £384 on or before 25 May 2015. We therefore pay all money up front.

Can you all please pay me via PayPal for the deposit. So £141 / 8 = £18 each rounded up

Bastogne hotel 59 euro per twin room. 3 rooms booked so 177 euro total

Well it's £365 divided by 5 worst case but still have a few undecided so let's wait and see.

£73 each so far for us because we paid our share of the deposit. New arrivals will be a bit more.

Hi guys.

Assuming the fuel/food will be going on my card, I will need the payment by the 2nd week of June, to allow time to be put on card. As mentioned at Stafford it will bee £100 food pp and the same for fuel. Receipts will be kept, any monies left over will be shared equally once back in UK. The fuel is estimated as we don't know what euro costs are.
