You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

Re: Nut and Bolt Rebuild on Emma
How will it clear the rear tyre sidewall without the original flattened section ?

Re: Nut and Bolt Rebuild on Emma
the rear can clears the side wall Via Straight edge it is about 10mm away and the exhaust was taken up out the way as well as you can see in the pic
it has all been measured to not be in the way at all
wife took this pic with her crapy phone so i thought i would also add it sorry for the quality

noticed the pannier mount on the near side is back to front, you have the tie bar mount facing forward.

Re: Nut and Bolt Rebuild on Emma
nice spot on that but it is only there for the Exhaust guy to make the exhaust up
I havnt done fitting the Frames in the DVD yet so it is all coming off again
if you look realy close you could also catch there is only 3 Fixings holding the front disk on as well

Re: Nut and Bolt Rebuild on Emma
the exhaust you have... can that be fitted with all the pannier stuff inplace, does it follow the old routes etc.
Im liking that and Might be interested down the line when the 350 unit bites the bullet

Re: Nut and Bolt Rebuild on Emma
it will indeed fit it has been done so that it is more or less the same as the original
so there are headers, center section then a riser section to slip a rear can of your choice on
I am also having it done so this can be made out of the same bore as the original 350
for headers and center section
the last section is going to also be made so it will slip onto the original mid section
for the 350 and the 500
