Well not long to go, so at the end of the month I will be booking the ferry. Therefore can all those coming please pm me the following details;

Name. As it appears on passport.
Vehicle Reg.

I hope to finalise the Friday night hotel fairly soon but at the moment both Premier/Travelodge want silly money.

Ashford, just off jct nine. I'm not worried at the mo as the two places never get fully booked. At the moment they are asking £64 per room but it's normally around the £29 mark. Just have to keep checking their websites.

There is a few Premier Inns in Maidstone, the one in the center has secure underground parking and is walking distance to a Wetherspoons, also has a bar and restaraunt £36 for a twin room. Have stayed here before and it is just over 20 miles from chunnel.

Small change due to departure times and cost. We will be going by the Chunnel £66 return at current prices. Downside is you stay with your bike and breakfast will have to be got in the departure area before leaving. They have a 2 hour window if late.

Depart 20th June 6.23. Calais 7.55
Depart 28th June 19.23. Folkestone 18.55

I do need your reg no to book and the price is due to go up very soon.

Hotel at the moment looks like Maidstone £34 per room 3 sharing but 36 miles from Chunnel.

Thanks for that Dave, seems very low compared to the quotes I was getting. Only problem being that the Saturday is going to be a fairly long day, see itinerary, so ideally need to be in France by 08.00.

If however the group would prefer this option I will change itinerary to accommodate.

I don't mind although I did fancy the Tunnel.

Do we use same hotel for both options?
