done a couple of full to empty[inc reserve] fuel runs,got 154 miles steady riding and 137.4 miles not so steady, so not bad for a 604. :D

thanks jamba, not much aditional effect from side wind ,the bike does start to weave above 85mph, not dangerously but it is there [stops if i lean over the front], ive tried raising and lowering the front and back on the suspention to no effect so i guess its down to the fairing, [the steering is light already as everything is fixed to the fairing which is fixed to the frame and not the forks as standard], might try making some small spoilers to create some downwords force a bit like ducati did on one of the gp bikes :D

hi zip, ellrider pointed me in the right direction for this [thanks mark], aprilia 600 has a concaved or offset front sprocket, hopefully enough to clear the 150 back tyre I have ,[currently running a 130 section on 17x 3.50 rim] the new rear wheel will be a 17 inch x 4.50, its trial and error at this stage as most of these parts haven't arrived yet so we shall see.
