MT with Russian officer?

While surfing the internet to find Pustostan's stolen MT, I came across some Russian MT-photo's. Don't know if they are posted before but they seemed interesting enough to show. Is the guy in the uniform a Russian officier?

I think this bike belongs to Pavel.... He lives in Moscow. He's had a couple of bikes exported by LMS. I think he takes part regularly in military reenactment events in Russia.

I think this may be a forum member who lives in UK
There were photos on the forum of him and his wife both dressed in old military uniforms
