Re: R.B.L. THE CLUB WREATH.
I would suggest Tyne Cott, it's the largest Commonwealth cemetery and a very poignant location. The Menin Gate has hundreds of wreaths placed there each week and one will likely be disposed of far quicker than one placed at Tyne Cott or indeed Essex Farm.
The ceremony at the Menin Gate has changed dramatically over the past couple of years, when I was there last month we had to arrive around an hour or so before to even get a chance of seeing the wreath laying, thousands of people are attending each night. There was even a brass band playing there that time!
I would recommend a visit to the Passendale museum, http://mmp.zonnebeke.be/en/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, in my opinion it is far better than the Ypres Cloth Hall museum which since being redone has lost some its appeal.
Looks like a great trip being planned, I organise and guide a trip there each year so get in touch if you need any information.

Personally I would be happy to leave it to the discretion of the event organisers to decide where to lay the wreath.
