Just noticed the position of the front brake lever on the drum. Ideal should be when the brake is off that it is sat at 90 degrees to the forks. You should move it round one spline on the shaft toward the floor. It should give improved braking too.
Looking really nice now... how many holes was it for the MT500 on the heat shield then??

just shot a few rounds at it in truth, had nowt to do one night at work,bit of ally plate a 6mm drill and as if by magic!!!
