Heywood Yesteryear Festival (Ultra short notice - today)

I know this is exceedingly short notice but I only just found out about this event which is held every year :-

Just North of Manchester off the M62 jct 19

I have contacted the organisers and am going along for a bimble. This could be a good meet up for next year.

Also check out the Saddleworth Show - "The Yanks are back" for the following weekend 8th, 9th, 10th August. This is another good show/event across multiple villages with a mix of military/ wartime stuff not just American.
