MT350 : Green Lane Prep
Just finished last updates to the MT350 ready for some light Green Laning around East Anglia.
Mods :
Renthal Bars , lever protectors , Brembo Brake lever , Forged Clutch lever , Chain tensioner , 32mm Dellorto Pump carb , homemade carb inlet , K+N Filter, braided hoses , alloy sprocket , big bore pipes . Rear Mudguard . Tech Speedo .
Fitted new electrical parts from Rex Caunt , s/s cam belt rollers ,
Just come from Dyno Tuning , showing a nice smooth 23bhp at back wheel now . Good bottom end grunt for plodding around off road.

Great sounding mods and respectable power at the back wheel. My 500 only produced 24bhp at the back wheel, but it does need new rings and a bit of a decoke!
Cant see the pics but looking forward to viewing them on my own PC..

It also looks as if you've moved the rear brake master cylinder to the other side
Any chance of some more photos with the seat and side panels removed?

Hi All , thanks for replies .
Mudguard was fleabay universal find for Ă‚ÂŁ5 , however meant changing frame to alter fixing point for seat .
I fitted an Acebis Enduro LED light plate holder to it , then sprayed it green .
I will post more pictures later .
Yes moved rear brake fluid pot, I will post photo with panels and seat removed .
Air Box has gone , sorry .
Hagons shocks are a revelation , I also fitted 50mm fork pre load spacers which has helped with handling .
Fitted new 32mm Dellorto pumper carb , but it ran like a pig . I had purchased it set up to a 34mm spec as fitted to the Aprilia 350 , but it ran poorly . Most likley due to K+N and open bore pipe . So I spent ages trying to find a solution but just became frustrated ; so I gave in and took the bike to BDK near Norwich . The first Dyno run showed a rollacoster of lean , then rich , then lean etc . It showed @ best 14bhp . They had the bike for a week and using their knowledge and skill gave back a bike with a lovely smooth power and torque curve with just under 23bhp . It ticks over like a watch and has plenty of low down grunt off the line . The dyno and tune up cost me Ă‚ÂŁ120 .

Your result of 23 bhp on a 350 is very impressive. Most 350's struggle to make anything over 18

Do you have the specifics on the levers, I have short fingers and the standard levers are a atretch - could do with some in this style
