i took a few photos of my rebuild sequence, it went together a bit easier than i expected, i thought id end up scratching the new paint getting the engine in the rebuilt rolling chassis, instead of building up the bike and lifting the engine in i started with the engine and lowered the frame onto it .

progress report .
bike now roadworthy, done a few motorway tests, wanted it to sit at 75/80 loaded up without killing it and i think i've achieved that, its got standard back sprocket,18t front and 140/80 section back tyre not sure what rpm that works out at,
[would be interested to know if anyone can calculate that ] heres a few pic in touring setup.

looks like you need to raise the ground clearance a tad. have you room to move the forks down in the yokes?

didnt like the 140 section back tyre on standard rim [tread was being pulled too round] so now have a 17 inch x 3.50 rim with 130 tyre .
