Any time Friday afternoon is fine

My understanding is , as in the past we can arrive anytime on Friday , from 9am onwards through to the evening .
Early arrivals would be appreciated wherever possible to help with setting up , and basically securing the perimeter of our area

I need to know if there are any dietary requirements.
do we have any vegies or gluten free.

I was going to make onion bhaji's / pakora one of the nights as nibbles . no im not doing fried rice for 40-50 people so don't ask guys.....

Are we having cheese if so can someone remember the biscuits please...

Perhaps the sausage jockeys and sidekick (Roey and Ellrider) could be talked into doing some bratties on Ell's BBQ not sure about about open fire.
