In that case, mine is running bob-on!!

To be fair, it must knackered because it's more like a bucket of spanners. A sack of them would be ok. Much quieter

I'm an unrewarded genius. I keep saying it. One day I'll even convince myself too :D

Thanks for the support.
They all said you were a good bunch of lads but I didn't believe them! ;)
Seriously, thanks.
I'll persevere with it.
I still want to get me my old classic Brit bike and someday, in a world where good things happen to those that deserve it, BMW might FINALLY get me my K1200 back (so I can sell it to buy the BSA I want ;) )
Hell, there must be room for three bikes in the garage ... I had a Bonneville America, Rocket 3, Honda CD185 AND a poxy twist and go for the Mrs in there PLUS all my associated crap.
I should change my profile name to Captain Gunjumper :P

and hear loads of buckets of spanners being thrown around.

I've given up listening too closely to either of mine. As I can start both 350's 2nd kick (just to make sure they will) there cannot be much wrong with them, but they sound awful standing next to them while they are ticking over.

Yeah, you say that - then when people see mine they either pretend to fix something somewhere else or that they don't speak English! :D

My MT 350 has been with me only a little longer than yours has been with you. To be honest when I heard it at full throttle I thought that it was a wreck.......but in fact that awful racket is just....personality! :D

I hope.

So I take it the noisey engine has gone away isn't that a miracle. Sorry to see your still selling it should have bought it at £1200 instead of the £2350 your asking for it now.........A donation to club funds would be nice seeing the advice of the members made you an extra £1150 good luck with the sale. ....
