[quote="ellrider"]A great weekend thanks to Andy arranging the extra night, two nights of eating and drinking can't be bad.

Hot drink tally:- 18 bottles wine, 1.7 litres of rum and a bottle sherry.

And a lot of Tears mixed in

A shame I couldn't join in on the Friday, we ended up 1\2 mile up hill from the rest of the guys. Rhys and me enjoyed your hospitality on Saturday evening, it was the height of the weekend. It was a more challenging rally this year, certainly not for the faint hearted.

Absolutely cracking weekend, but I think I'll use an outfit for the next one. Thanks to everyone who came for making it as enjoyable as it was, good grog and good company. (Not got round to looking for hairytube yet!)

I would also like to add my thanks to Andy and the Conwy MC Club for another excellent Dragon Rally, even down to the traditiional North Wales weather. Blue skys everywhere else, yet they still managed to rustle up a gale.

The luchtime shots from Keith did take the edge of my appetite, but the hot food and hot grog around a roaring camp fire were an fantastic end to the day, helped me survive the night.

Hope everyone made it back safely, and had a good ride home.

See you all at Stafford, if not before.

My thanks go to you bunch of Nutter's !!!!
its people like you lot who make the rally what it is, all CMCC do is supply the venue
What a wild weekend in more ways than one
I'm sorry I couldn't spend much time with you but someone had to pick up the drunks
One broken ankle and one suspected heart attack, but all ended well
The site wasn't ideal but because of the weather we were left with little choice where
To hold it.
I can now pull an abandoned tent down in two minutes,
Thanks again lads it was memorable :)

Special thanks to you chippy for sorting the Friday for us! I thought the site was absolutely brilliant, plenty of toilets (must have spent a good half an hour with my hands under the hot air dryers over the course of the weekend!) And good cider on tap!

Cheers to yourself and the rest of the CMCC lads for a great rally.

I thought the site was good for the conditions, a rally is what you make of it, I'm sure any other venue would have been impossible.

This weather made for a great winter rally, truly Welsh with gales, gusts and rain anyone that goes on about snow covered events being difficult will think twice when considering this.

The clubhouse was a bit of respite from the weather, it is just a shame they put the telly on  it also gave me an opportunity to catch up with some German friends and some new French ones I met in December with who I shared a drink with while reminiscing over last weeks rugby.(they also bought me a nice gift of a litre of Pastis :D )

Be who you are and say what you feel because those that

Great to meet you guys! And thanks for the company and food!

Had a good ride back - pretty blowy, but didn't come a cropper.
Managed to get back to Hereford and then learnt that my Dad had a stroke, so had a fairly rapid ride back down to Bristol, then spent a further 5 hours getting him admitted to A&E!

What a weekend eh? :?

Cheers
