You manage to get that pump fitted this weekend or did you wast all your time on women and drink?

He must have done something because he didn't turn up at a rally he should have attended, apparently his work colleague said it was down to the dodgy weather forecast. :twisted:

Hope you had a good time Mark, I would have had to set off from work at 5pm yesturday and couldn't be bothered.
Didnt do anything to the 500 except re fit the centerstand. ended up fixing the indicators on the honda and spent most of the day sorting out the ktm to get it sold.
Saving up for a F800GS :oops: shhh dont tell anyone...

Does it have a crank sensor?

I was using the std rotax pickup on the flywheel.
Ideally you want a "missing toothed wheel on the crank, they you can run accurate ignition timing and staged injection too.
I ended up removing the fuel injection from the bike earlier this year as the big European trip was looming and I didn't trust the computer yet.
I may pick this up again and give it another go.
