This is brilliant. Very impressed with your manifold.

Looking forward to see how it all pans out.

Is that FI unit going to fit in the gap between the air box and the head?

Cheers,
I will need to shorten the inlet manifold but I want the velocity stack to be in the air box but obviously not touching the filter and then I will make a boot that will go from the airbox to the throttle body covering the velocity stack. the original boot may work.

Fitted the pod for the AFR gauge this evening. This is a wideband lambda probe that tells the EFI computer the exact air/fuel ratio. It also has this gauge that gives a real-time read out of the air/fuel ratio at the exhaust.
The gauge will help massively with the tuning and once everything is dialled in then I may remove the gauge itself but keep the signal to the EFI computer.
Next job will be fitting the probe itself in the exhaust, this needs to be at least 18" away from the exhaust port.

But also make sure it is not picking up air from the back of the exhaust

I've done a few tests and found I need to have the sensor at least 25cm from the rear of the end can

I'm also measuring EGT with some interesting results

Should be around halfway on the mid section as it crosses over the frame.

Welded in the lambda probe bung this evening.
Things are coming together! Its just annoying that I only have evenings to work on it and its my daily commute at the moment!

The threaded insert also came with a bolt to use if you remove the sensor.
