:lol: yep its defo your cases Nick! Cracking job, they look like new. Its a shame its so far away and takes a while, he is just soooo busy but its worth the wait. I't'll be nice putting this one back together..

Don't suppose you'll be rebuilding on either mon or tues next week ? If so I may be able to come with a packet of Jaffa cakes and ask stupid questions while I pass you the wrong tools and get under your feet? ;)

Let the fun begin! Ive just cleaned all orifices and oil ways of glass bead and now the new mains are in the freezer and engine cases in the oven! I'll try and get some of the gearbox bits back in tonight......

Gearbox and crank all back as it should be... The gold fasteners making look just like Rotax intended!
