Gary was going to bring a range of jets/pipes etc
Looks Good mate.. lots of pipes and jets & Carbs to test me thinks! :D
Oh goodo, it would be interesting to get a printout from different carbs on the same engine to have proof of what's best/most powerful etc (subject to personal preference I know)
Gary can you bring a 500 rear wheel with smoothish rear tyre on for dyno?
Yep, No probs mate..

I'll have to change the dates for this meet as I'll be late back from Kandahar and now they want to send me to Bavaria to drink beer!
It'll have to go into November because we all want to do the Wye Valley meet too.

SO, 9/10th November depending on Gary's availability, ......wait out.

This is set now for 16/17th Nov. Moderators please amend heading

Topics to be covered include;

1. Bike set-up
2. Ruts
3. Adverse camber techniques
4. Getting stuck - avoidance/tips
5. Standing up -when and when not to
6. Cornering techniques
7. Logs/obstacles
8. Control whilst airborne (for a laugh)

+ anything else people can think of.

Dynojet available for those that require it, if not - just head off into the hills!

At most places a single Dyno run and analysis would cost Ă‚ÂŁ40ish

Dean says we can book it for half a day for Ă‚ÂŁ200 so splitting it would work out cheaper and we'd get as many runs as necessary to get the optimum on each bike.
I'm hoping for at least 5 takers on this so it's not expensive.

Dean has just smashed himself up, hitting a fence post at full whack whilst off-road but he says he will be back at work in a supervisory capacity by 16th Nov.

There is still some 'Pyrenees Wine' left and a Chillie will be on the hob for us all to scoff after riding.
