Home made stainless exhaust

Post by Yoof » Tue Apr 23, 2013 9:57 pm

Treated myself to a TIG welder recently and decided to make a full stainless system for the Armstrong.
Made the headers out of 32mm and the midsection is 50mm so a bit bigger than std.
Going for a slip on silencer.
Trying to get this done for stafford  Only gave myself 4 evenings.
Any way got the hardest bit out of the way (headers and 2 into 1) Just need to sort the last bit up and round to the silencer. Like minters link pipe section.

Lovely job mate, make sure you have the carb fitted before you bend in the cross over, or just keep it very low ;-)

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.
