So this is how she stands, I used 2 60degree bends from Merlin, the CCM 604 front pipes, Stubbie headers, adjustment to the front guard. Non standard front mudguard, Still have brand new chain, sprockets, rear drum and crud shield to fit.

I know the exhaust clamps are chunky but that will be resolved.

Pete,

Do you know if the CCM pipes are off a R30 or a Dualsport? There slightly different apparently! I`m fitting a 604 in a modified MT500 frame and I knew the CCM pipes would be close to the frame so it was good to find your photo`s.

They are DS pipes the R30 ones don't dip down at the front as far and the headers join much further back

Just back from the hols.. ill have to go with what Zip says as i have no idea. I paid about Ă‚ÂŁ70 for em on ebay, I thought they were off an R30 but ebay doenst hold the records that far back.

Pete you are probably better off with the DS pipes as the R30 pipes foul the larger off road wheels when fitted to a CCM

I just saw the pipe on ebay and bought it. I see what you mean, i think I just searched for ccm 604 and found it.
