I have actually built it for Harvey "Ten Thumbs" for the Spain trip.

I answer to the other questions, the plastics are UFO including the headlight which I modified for Halogen. I made a plate to carry the voltage regulator and the ignition lock. The speedo came with the mounting hardware and I drilled the top yoke to carry it. The wiring was the hardest to do as I did not want to damage the original connectors so had to find places to tap in but still make sure they were water and vibration proof. So I used adhesive filled heat shrink crimp connectors.

It took me awhile to work out that the speedo loom had the earths wired together that I needed for the Low voltage and neutral lights.

Everything was overhauled including brakes with new pistons and seals and stainless lines. All new stainless and high tensile.

It sounds fantastic now and starts and runs first press of the button.

The chain looks slack, and why is it sitting on a jack. Can't you devise something that can deal with both these issues?

Steve, looks great (except the jap style headlamp assy but each to their own) but a thoroughly good job done.

You will need to be careful re that last image, with the motion of the swing arm, and the chain rolling over that new attachment, you may find it tensions the chain slightly....just go carefully ok?

Only when there is no one on it and the suspension isn't compressed at all....... Makes you think that it's not really necessary
