Wuhay! Tims cylinder was collected to day! Looks the buisness! Engineer said that when it came out of the oven the liner almost fell out! That was reasuring as i imagined it to be a nightmare! The liner is rough finished so was rebored to match the new piston to the tolerence specified by Rotax. Also the top had to be skimmed to match the cylinder fins.. Should run a treat i reckon.

Tim's motor now finished... :)

I was gently kicking it over to find TDC and it bloody started! Unbelievable! Runs really smooth and no oil leaks which is nice!

I'll touch up the silver bits for you Tim when it cools down!
