I'm happy to give it a miss, as now that I think about it I would have to remove my panniers and swap my mudguard to take the bike off tarmac - and even then I'd still be on distanzias. I wouldn't want to hold those with knobblies back. That said if people want to go around some of the back roads then I would go along as this is all right where I live and it's about time I learned some routes!

Plus it's going to rain ;) ...

Apologies chaps,
I was intending to meet up with you today for a chat/very large scone(!)/ride out etc, but my Guzzi broke down yesterday afternoon. (when I was taking it for its MOT)
So I've got to get my head down in the garage today and try to fix it.

I'm still up for a run out in future if/when you meet up again though.
Have a good one today, the suns out and the weathers looking fine.

Cheers,
John.

Well, never trust the weather forcast, at least no until the day!! Blue skies and no sign of rain made for a good day.

Good ride with Ron and Dave around the lanes at Totternhoe, going to be back around there more often. I should imagine it gets a bit slippy after heavy rain. Not too difficult, but about all there is nearby.

I'm sure Mick said he was going to be getting another for off-roading, and Steve is going to make a start on getting his MT500s on the road.

I certainly will be! Especially after seeing the bikes today it really kick started(excuse the pun!) something inside me that made me want to get my bike done. So next week I'm having a full day on it and get it ready for its Mot

Really great to meet up with you all hopefully next time il be on my bike not sulking in the car after freezing whilst flying the kite!
