Greenlaning - West Yorkshire - 4th November

Post by Yoof » Sat Oct 06, 2012 5:49 pm

Hey all,

Organising another West Yorks / Holmfirth outing on the lanes.
All welcome! The lanes are all reasonable easy, some technical bits but can be avoided.
Loads of fun!

Please let me know if your coming.

Meeting at the Corner House Cafe (HD9 1AB) in the center of Holmfirth at 10:00am to get a good brekki before setting off around 10:45 ish.

Me and Glen (Murdock) will be leading, can split into 2 groups depending on interest.

Nick

one of these days.........

this is a big IF...

Garry is now charged with rebuilding my engine (It's a sad time when I have come to passing work I would do myself onto another, but work is to much at the moment) but i need to build the bike up when I get it back. I dont want to pressure Garry (mainly because while the engine is away it's a good reason for not being able to build the bike :)

My Husaberg needs the rear shock rebuilding and fork seals doing......

SO keep me in mind... but I would love to get out.

I would like to attend but cant comfirm until 2 weeks before due to wifes work comitments. May bring a friend but he wont be riding a MT as it is a bit heavy for him hes a retired chap.

You never know we may turn him to the dark side

I'm looking to make it this time too, my plans would be to trailer down to you from Skipton, ride the day then trailer on to Derby afterwards to work. Anywhere good and safe to leave Jeep and trailer Nick?
