Tempted to ride up to the camp on Sat. morning.
Is it OK just to turn up? I won't need much space, just room for the bike and a very small tent. I can sort my own food too.

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

I am not sure on the availability of power unless you have a 3 pin to caravan socket adaptor, if its a large camper your bringing we may have to park it directly in the drive, or just out on the road, with a long extension to it?
Parking it on the grass is a bit of a no-no, they have logs and boulders blocking people from doing so.
There is a caravan/camping shop near by if you need to get extra cables/adaptors.
I would not run a generator unless its a silent one as there are noise sensitive neighbours close by.

I have the required adaptors, I just need to be within 35m of a 13amp socket!

Once I have sorted the batteries out it won't be a problem as I have inverters which will give a couple of days of power but they are in my todo list!

Should be ok, just be mindful of fire routes and safety when you site yourself.
Can I suggest you bring suitable ramps, wheel chocks to level the ground, as the area is very uneven.
