I believe that all catering and accommodation has been arranged, Franc booked it all in April I believe. As Previously mentioned in the wake of last year I have stayed out of organizing this weekend other than sorting out organised runs as due to the time of year I have too much to do at work.

As far as the organised runs go, I have loads of spaces on both but I wasn't expecting these to get fully booked until people arrive at beaver lodge.

The Friday run is departing from my house in Bristol (pm me for details) as I won't be in attendance at beaver lodge until after this run, this is due to my rota at work.

Hoping to make it - is it possible to bunker to the lodge, leave stuff there, ride back to your place for the ride out/in

Rich and are planning on coming but won't be able to do the Sunday as I am at work.

We will be camping and need a flat space 8x8m. Is that possible?

We will probably not be on MT's as I want to play with my Ex SAS XR.

Sorry I have been VERY busy recently, and without end in sight.
The lodge is booked and the pub has been warned, but I have had no time to further plan than this.
My work has gone completely bonkers, I have gone from no work to 6 to 7days/week 14-16hrs/day, with baby sitting taking up the rest of my spare time.
I have not even had a chance to repair my bike thats been broken for 6+months.
Will try my best to get something done this weekend.
