....Looks good Gary.....resembles the one on my sideboard now but has a silver top!....

will it be more powerfull than a stock motor? If so by how much?

Well it is going in a blue bike some some say it will be faster than a normal green MT

Cheers guys, It'll be a standard 500 Russ albeit freshly rebuilt. The only mod will be a cone filter instead of the airbox... and yep it will be blue!!

In your workshop paint never seems to get on the floor or walls, or anywhere it shouldn't. How d'ya do it ? :lol: :lol: :lol:

Done a bit more to the Motorcrosser this evening, swing arm back on and new hagon shocks.. A 'performance' silencer from force for this one too note how big the bore is compared to the 350! Should sound good!

I cant believe its 3 years ago that i started this project!!
