North Wales food reqiurments

You have just decided the menu for Thursday evening .

Starter

Bruschetta

Main course

Steak Garni

Sirloin steak served with pan fried mushrooms and onion marmalade.

Served with

New potatoes finished with garlic and fresh basil

Side salad and balsamic vinegarette

Dessert

Flambe bananas in a caramel sauce

Thats what we are having on Thursday evening. Need numbers for Thursday as I am covering these cost.
