 Now you tell me! I didnt realise you could get them in green!

Steve, you haven't missed anything! I asked Apophis if it would be possible for some blue ones to be made as it may work out cheaper than repairing old rusty dented metal ones for my projects! I'm really pleased with the result..

:D
Is that a blue long range tank then or blue normal size?

Made a bit of progress in wksp today!

Here's a pic for Monkey with regards to a shiny tank!

Image
This is the colour of fork oil when its not been changed since 1993 - probably!
Image
And the colour it should be!
Image
For those about to service there forks a more accurate way to set them up is to measure the air gap with springs out and legs compressed. This should be 240mm.

Image
Now its looking a bit more like a bike!

Looooooooking gooooooooooood mate.

Hoping to win the lottery before you put it up for sale - fancy a pretty bike, look a bit tidier than mine

Need a bit more tread on the back tyre though - just adding my technical thoughts

Gary
What are the differences going to be between the Green Laner and the MX'er?

What differentiates the two types of bike predominantly?

Hi Roy,

The biggest difference is the MXer is a 500 no lights no battery no stands no wiring apart from cut out. I'll be selling with the v5's tho purely for authenticity peace of mind etc. The green laner is a 350 lightened as much as poss, elec start and a bit more umph!
