300 x 21 front(80/90 x 21 is sometimes prefered)

400 x 18 rear(the 410 is cheaper and fits well)

i use Distanzias, i was on knobles and it was like rinding around on marbles.

viki nice looking bike, seats v/good as the old saying goes where theres a will theres a way top job, in time you could get some stanchions and see if someone could machine and thread them for you it would look dead good then,
