my new bike(s)

Post by stuvy » Thu Apr 26, 2012 6:42 pm

I recently picked up my two MT500's and a complete spare engine last week i managed to get both bikes and the engine plus some other spares for a bargain price of Ă‚ÂŁ500squid!! :P One is Road registered and the other has been used as an enduro bike so will need registering and finishing off. My second bike will possibly end up looking like a Dirt Rad style bike (Google image Dirt Rad)

Im not gonna get a chance to get over and work on the bikes for a short time as they live in my parents garage and i live 30mins away with my partner.

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

Excellent deal, did you get the Series 2 as well?

Give me a call when you're starting to work on them if you need a hand.

So what you're saying is you went there for a landy but your haggling skills weren't that great because he wouldn't budge on price however he did manage to off load a couple of MT 500s that you didn't originally want?!?

Must say though 2 x 500s should be more than 500 so you probably have got a bargain just not the one you originally wanted.....LOL
