Yep, just keep to the extreme left and go under the sign. NB there's a speed hump in the bike lane at the barrier. Not that I would encourage it at all you understand, but exiting at the Wallasey end, there's lots of space to the right of the hump to avoid testing your suspension

I noticed no charge for bikes on Friday when I drove through in the wagon £4.50 for the Wallasey tunnel

i think it is a £1 for a side car if anyone‘s going with one

Many thanks to Vic, Paul (Ginger Cat), Kraig (Xerxes2), Geoff(Springerman), Cal and Geraint for supporting the Wirral Egg Run today. Weather was glorious as usual.
The Welsh lads and I enjoyed a good bimble in North Wales after the Egg Run- we even did a couple of lanes !. Hopefully the Manc lads enjoyed their run home via the country route they were planning.

Thanks go to Eric for inviting us over for the Wirral egg run .Hopefully it was a huge success.
It was a bit cold coming down the East lancs early morning but well worth it when we arrived and saw the fantastic show of support for this event. Good to see the other lads that also turned up on mt,s. Great event, good riding and all in all a thoroughly enjoyable day out.
