Re: Wootton Bassett Ride of Respect - Sunday March 18th
I have a short , mothers day friendly, route sorted for after the ride if anyone is up for it.
Should take approx 1 hour, and gets us back from Wooton to the airfield at Hullavington where the ride began.
It takes in some excellent country roads, and a section of the Fosse , which is easy off road stuff, and includes an old Roman settlement, and a couple of optional fords for those who like to get wet (FMF)
As for timings, there is usually an hour and a half to kill at the airfield at the start, and the ride to Wooton takes about 30 -40 mins, so going by my calculator, those who come on the bimble afterwards should get back to junc 17 of the M4 by about 1.30 - 2pm ish in a roundabout nearenoughish kind of way.
Any takers ?

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

Looks like there's some grass track racing being set up opposite the airfield for tomorrow, so thats an option for those not ready to go home too early
