Took a trip(hop) to the local fracture clinic.
Got a more permanent light cast fitted. :D
Unfortunately the doc said I couldn’t weight bear on it (at least for a few weeks). :(
Contacted work and everyone was up for “supporting me” if I could get back in.
But the Boss consulted the safety elf who said NO until I can weight bear.
Sounds fine, nice extended “break” (no pun intended there) but for me, as I suppose lots of others out there, No Work No Pay.
Bummer. Can’t even use the time to ride the bike.
So expect to see lots of posts from me then in the next few weeks.

Murdock ... very much up for green lane stuff, so happy to join in when ever. Knobbly tyres go onto the bike on Sunday ... no excuses after that ... any mis haps will be rider error ... part of me wants to track slicks on and then I can wimp out blaming the bike !!!!! :D

Me n Nick delivered Richards Baldrick bike back home last night. We gave the farmer, Brian a six pack of stella and a bottle of wine as a thank you :D
Richard Ow geezer was doing his best impression of Jake the Peg, and appeared to be doing just fine, considering
Get yourself right Richard, and we'll ride again 8-)

Many thanks for sorting things out lads, and for sticking to the story ;) ;)

Baldrick is pining for his new companions (it's going to take ages to get that wool out that's embedded in the underframe)

That was a brave front on my part, I was actualy in a bit of a tangle when the leg was'nt elevated.
I had to spend all Saturday on the setee (shame).
Today is a lot better but I won't be able to spend too much longer sat up here at the confuser.

Cheers once more and hope to see you all soon
