Only a couple of weeks to go we need confirmed names for the outstanding North Wales meet. Registration form is here http://bunkermt.wufoo.com/forms/mtrc-no ... 18-292012/ please get this filled in ASAP. If you have any questions please shout.

We have been working behind the scenes to come up with a value for money package for the weekend. Based on the preliminary numbers the weekend will cost a £50.00. So what do you get for that:

--Camping, Vanping or a bedspace in the bunkhouse
-Hotdog on arrival
-Tea and Coffee all weekend
-Evening Meal on Friday and Saturday night
-Full English breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning
-Entertainment on Saturday night
-Lager, bitter, cider & a couple of bottles of red wine

And the additional freebie of all the Welsh air you can breath and the outstanding scenery on the guided ride outs.

Its always great to see old faces, but if you are new to the forum or have never attended an event please make the effort to attend this fabulous event, its 100% worth it.

Please register ASAP.

See you all there

Mel

Also note meeting point for those who wish to meet on Friday
http://forum.mtridersclub.co.uk/viewtop ... h+wales+rv" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We need to know how many are likely to meet here to ensure that we have enough capacity to carry baggage/pannier boxes etc.

Filled in the form but it's playing silly buggers. For accommodation it would only except other but I want Bunkhouse please. Also I'm doing road only and perhaps some easy off Road. I don't have and can't afford any spare parts at the moment.

Don't worry about spare parts, we have enough between us to sort anything you may need to replace. :D

Easy off road shouldn't damage your bike, at least it hasn't in the past. I've recce'd the Easy (English) route on Distanzias so I know it can be done on them too.
NB For those that have been before, this year's Easy English route is totally different from that taken in previous years.

Thats a bargain at double the price. :D
A guided green lane tour would set you back £50 or more on its own.
I do hope there is onions in the hot dog though.
I will be doing the ride in.

(So that we can recomend a good restaurant down the road)

I will do my best to fulfill you dietary needs.

Now we are talking intolerence not I dont like syndroms.

We shall try and adapt the menu to suit you needs.
