MT Riders Club

I am very pleased to announce that we have now booked a venue for weekend MTRC meeting in Shropshire to take place from Friday 30 Aug to Sunday 1 Sept 2019.

The location is Brow Farm Campsite , Ratlinghope , Shropshire , England, SY5 0SR. This is the same location where we had a meet in April 2017 and was an enjoyable weekend in lovely countryside .
Usual format , arrive on Friday , riding day on Saturday , lanes or road whatever you prefer, pack up Sunday after breakfast. We will have our own private field there with WC and wash facilities and will be able to have a campfire and a few beers in the evenings . Camping/vanping . Bring an MT and a sense of humour . May possibly have club marquee and cooking kit etc, tba.
Plans to be announced in due course in 2019 , but just wanted to get this on the forum now to give you plenty of notice if you want to book this in your diary. The venue is booked so this will happen

ps. The intention is we will also have another club meeting earlier in 2019 April/May time, arrangements to be made and info to follow

It's in the diary! Same as we did for the odd balls rally if anyone wants to pop into Sportax HQ for a brew or some parts or repairs on the Friday morning we will be more than happy to see you..

I'm planning on being there. I will be riding on the tarmac and enjoying the views.

Well done Ian and Russ being proactive and getting this sorted early.
I hope to be there but I am more of a last minute rush person and don't know what I am doing from one day to the next.

Hopefully Geoff will be able to lead us on a 12 hour trail riding extravaganza! At least we wont need lights in August!

I'll be there and I am happy to lead a greenlane ride. Thankfully at Rathlinghope we are in the heart of the Shropshire greenlanes, so there wont be an hour's commute to get to the area (and back therefrom).

Sounds like fun, not far from Buckley, should be back on the road by then, with my wife on pillion.
