BIG MEET 2016 Staffs- PAYMENT INFORMATION

We can now announce payments information for this club event :
Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th April 2016
The cost of the event this year will be £35
This will include Friday and Saturday night camping . (ie. Tent, Motorhome or Vanping) , and we will supply evening meal on the Friday and Saturday , and breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday - and some beers / tea & coffee etc in the usual way .

Payment requested in advance please, and payment can now be made as from today

New members/first timers - please come along if you can, you will be made very welcome and its always good to see new faces as well as the usual suspects of course . It is always a good social weekend , we dont take ourselves too seriously

We have decided to make it a single fixed price this year for the whole weekend to keep it simple
