My only thought is your going to transport a couple of urns with chicken and bacon gumbo . How would you refrigerate that. Chicken and rice are high risk items.I would be very wary of serving to 40-50 people. It is gumbo we are talking about?

Thanks perhaps at another meet we could make it fresh together. I love southern cooking so tasty and simple to make.

I will hold you to that offer...

Chris

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

Paul (Onewayonly) and his lads travel to & from Manchester with vans quite often. If no-one has a more direct route, he can pick up the stock sometime over the next couple of weeks and bring it back to the farm then we can stash it into the motorhome to bring it down to Stafford.
If no-one has a better idea just let us know.

Thinking of bringing mine down on the trailer. Is their ample parking to do so. Shopping for a helmet and other stuff so car will be usefull.

I haven't been for a few years. Does the big Triumph stall still come with discounted clothing ?

As far as I remember the Triumph stall was local dealer Stafford motorcycles. Looking at the attendees list in this month's MCM, yes they are going to be there.

In answer to above, trailering the bike down is fine, plenty of parking
