We did publish the payment details on the forum on 6 April , the payment deadline was 29 April . Several did not pay by then so we had to assume were not coming.
We had to set a deadline and collect all money in , because we had to commit to buying tickets in advance .
There is no pay on arrival option for this one , sorry to disappoint but it was made very clear we needed payment by that date

As Ian has pointed out, we needed upfront payment so that we could buy the tickets in bulk - and the clock was ticking which is why we needed to put a deadline on it.
There are still a few that for whatever reason haven't paid. Logically, this means that we will order fewer tickets. THIS DOES NOT EXCLUDE YOU FROM STILL COMING. The only difference is that you will need to buy your own tickets from the event organisers. I believe there will be an option to pay on the gate.
So hopefully we will still see you all there.
