Idea for next year 'TEAM MTR'

Post by TDIPower » Tue Aug 30, 2011 10:37 am

non registed 350, stripped of everything it can be, smaller battery as it doesn't need to be that big for the bike (its the same size as the 900s Sprint and Super Tenere!!) best 'safe' cam for power, Decent exhaust, possible some porting work, proper crosser rubber.
better rear shocks?

Anything else??

I quite liked the idea of Mr Kays', he has fitted a CCM swing arm, and had shock mounts fitted for the twin shock settup, this would greatly reduce the weight of a standard MT.

I am already well into my 'lightweight' project - look at the frame closely and you will see!
PS. this frame was scrap in most peoples eys already, I have not ruined a minter!
