As soon as it's running (and it will) I'd love to get it back on the dyno to see how close an injected system keeps to the stoichiometric optimum. Dean was quoting 12.5 so he obviously prefers them a tad richer.

I should be back in uk by 17th I'll send a pic of the R6 pump then.

12.5 is very rich but needs to be rich for max power but lambda is 14.7 which is what modern efi engines run at. I will probably go for around 14.
If I want to ever change it its just a matter of using my phone or laptop wirelessly and altering it.

The idea of running close to the optimum 14.7 and then being able to stop, have a cup of tea, re-program to run for power is a great one.

Where can I source EFI parts to convert my 350?? :-)

Not including the micro squirt unit you could get everything for less than£150 2nd hand on eBay. Its just finding a throttle body that matches the engine size. I have read a write up from a guy who fuel injected a Dr 350 with success. He talked about using one of the throttle body's from a sv650.

Did about 7 hours of wiring today
Wrapped up all the wiring with decent loom tape and soldered all of the connectors.
Starting to look a little neater too. Managed to get rid of alot of surplus wiring that I will not use.

Hardest bit is getting the right fittings on

Looks like you've done a good job :-)

Progress!
Fitted the throttle body, fuel pump and regulator/filter :D
Well chuffed with the throttle body to airbox rubber (f650gs), it has a nice trumpet/velocity stack that sits inside the airbox and seals in the airbox inlet and onto the throttle body perfect.

Going to try and get it running tomorrow fingers crossed, booked the day off so full day of tuning.
Going camping near Buxton, setting off Saturday so if it isn't sorted by then I will have to put the carb back on for the trip. Only a hours jab at the most.
