Went out with the beast, the bike not the rider, on Sunday and it went very well but had a charging prob. Hopefully Franc will have sorted that little problem by the weekend so that it can come out on Sunday!!!!

I can assure everyone that he has done a very good job on this project and at lightning speed. :o  The only downside is that he is chomping at the bit to do anotherone. :D So keep hold of your bikes at the Wye Run as it might find its way to his garage and come back to you forever changed

Brilliant thread, and fantastic result Frank! it looks like you have put together a massive bundle of fun, even if you have to ride it with one arm waving above your head fending off monkeys or crows or ....... Enjoy !

I have a favour to ask of the forum, and I am probably going to drop myself in for a lot of flak, and general pisstaking but here goes.
I have to put a value on this project, and I believe its only worth what someone would be willing to pay, so what would people offer for such a bike?? :?
This bike is NOT for sale, I repeat I AM NOT SELLING IT.
Just wondering what folk would be willing to pay if they had the chance of buying a converted one??
Could folk P,M, me with some figures?

Franc that is the dogs dangallies.
Well done.
I do like the use of the CCM mid-section for the shock.
How long did the whole build take? (seeing as mine took F.....ing ages)
Also interested to see/know how you will do your air-box, as I need one :D
I must get the off-road wheels on and take it out (then scare my-self sh....less)
Hope to meet up, all the best.

Yes , fairly certainly Franc's old one. Apart from the obvious monoshock there is the distinctive Paioli stickers on the front forks the same as Francs photos on page 3 of this thread

Just saw another monoshock one on Gumtree

Put it on ebay with a very high reserve and see where it gets to (if it does sell, then retire on the proceeds)

I can assure you guys that this bike is my old one, it went to scotland when becky ended up in hospital, and I had to give up my job to look after the kids.
Hes asking more money than I sold it for, and it is an MT350 frame, and major components, fitted with CCM604 running gear.
If I had the money I would buy it back in an instant.
