Nice to see the progress Richard, you will become more familiar with these beasts. Then you'll be starting your other MT maybe. :D

Ever struggled wit fitting the main stand springs
Well right or wrong I came up with a cunning plan how to do it today

Nice one Richard, that worked a treat!

I go for the less finesse approach by laying the bike on its side and using a spring puller! Cheers for the link! Has the chain slipper arrived yet?

After taking mine off last week I was struggling to find a way to get them on but after seeing Mr Smileys solution I came up one that worked for me.Fitting the spring to the top eyelet I used a wire strap from the bottom spring eye around a car scissor jack and back, the jack was supported across the swing arm frame with a chock of wood and just stretched it to the right length then used a screwdriver to just position it correctly before lossening the tension.
A tad Heath Robinson but it worked.

Hey it arrived early this morning. That is Wednesday 13/01/2016
That is pretty impressive one week to get here
I've ordered stuff from Auckland one and a half hours away, that has taken longer
