thought i would try to make a road/trail bike something that would tour a bit more relaxed but still be capable off road [its evolving as i build it ] up to now it has ccm upside forks, big brembo brake inc master cylinder, magura fat bars, 604 engine which by luck has a 670 cam so hopefully safe, kehin 41mm fcr carb, pro curcuit sillencer, rally raid ktm 690 dakar front and sides fairing with front light upgrade which has taken ages to fit, still lots to do :D
a few picks of fairing headlamp bracket design .

Nice Work, What did you use to support the Fairing, it looks like you used Ply to start off then it changes to a different material, or is it ply that has been painted?

Ta,

yes arry, ply to make the patterns then plastic chopping board [read about using this on one of the adventure bike forums] as its very tough and cheap riveted together with ally angle. stainless threaded bar with plastic central heating pipe over between as its a fixed fairing the steering has less weight so less rider fatigue in theory.
