Here we go again! Now my new workshop is finished and strange blokes in mankini's have sobered up, I'm going to start what in my opinion will be the ultimate MT!...
First off its got to be an Armstrong for patriotic reasons!
Secondly its got to have a 604e motor
Thirdly its got to be able to do all the disciplines i enjoy ie Supermoto, Motorcross and green laning.
And finally its got to be blue!
Here is a couple of pictures of most of the bits in a pile....
The most important bit!
Work will start tomorrow! I intend to build it up to check all the bits fit etc and it runs and rides ok with a back to back test with my 500. Then it will be stripped back down and given the blue and silver treatment, with plenty of stainless and titanium!
I hope to have her all completed ready for the Stafford show......

She is at the moment Franc! But in a couple of months she'll be the second best MT! (Thats only my opinion tho!)

Nice to see the Armstrong type clutch casing on the 604
Looks much more authentic IMHO

Ive now started my ultimate MT rebuild! The 604 is all checked out and back together with the 865 cam for now, may change it after a few test rides! Here's some pics of todays progress...
Do you like my new colour scheme!?
This is going to be a rough build as there will be numerous bits i may want to add or remove as the build progresses. When i'm happy everything is how i want it will it get the blue treatment!
Notice Bobs Supermoto moded swing arm - this will need a new lug welding on for the 500 brake torque arm...
Ady did a great job modifing 500 frame and 350 frame shoe, all lines up perfick! - cheers mate!
Should get the front end on tomorrow and a few more bits hopefully!

Lookin great mate! Why would you need a 500 brake torque arm for a disc rear wheel?
