Very nice.
Just needs a chain tensioner to finish it off.

What a great Job Mr Shiney, Respect.
There are a lot of little touches that really show the quality of the work.
Can you show the detail of the lifting strap, it looks very good.
Many thanks,

Re: A Bit of a Repair Going on....
I don't think I took a close up. Its 25mm webbing strap from ebay that I have then doubled over and glued together. Gives a 500kg lift capacity. I have then drilled and heat sealed holes into it before mounting onto the brackets behind the seat that the rack used to mount onto. Large stainless washer on the fabric side and m8 bolts with nylon then hold it all together and the washer provides extra clamping force against the fabric. I have lifted the entire bike off the ground with it using the hoist!!!appyarry wrote:What a great Job Mr Shiney, Respect.

It does go really well now though. It wheelies easily as it has a 14T from sprocket but even with that it hits 70mph. More than I would want to do on the Maaxis though!!
Paul seems to be pretty made up with the result. When he becomes internet savvy he might comment!!
