Just noticed the position of the front brake lever on the drum. Ideal should be when the brake is off that it is sat at 90 degrees to the forks. You should move it round one spline on the shaft toward the floor. It should give improved braking too.


Looking really nice now... how many holes was it for the MT500 on the heat shield then??

yeh will do,didnt think it was all that good.
just shot a few rounds at it ;) in truth, had nowt to do one night at work,bit of ally plate a 6mm drill and as if by magic!!!

A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE HELPED WITH ADVICE ETC AND WOULDNT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THIS GREAT FORUM

Made and fitted a screen this week.It works too !! might have to make another though , a little wider.
