What a chancer!

It does set me thinking, though. Has anyone transplanted a diesel engine into an MT? There are lots of Enfields with oil-burners fitted, ranging from pathetic dumper-truck single cylinder engines to larger twin cylinder jobs that will cruise at 70 easily and do over 80mpg at the same time.

I suppose it's worth what someone want's to pay for it, but would anyone really pay that? If there is someone I am sure they will turn up on ebay if they are going to turn up anywhere

there was talk that a company in Holland was going to produce it. if I recall they were going to sell for about 14k
