That's pretty much what happened to mine - and what ruined my clutch. I'm sure the cause is speed - going too slow! I rode mtt.tr's 500 on road biased tyres through it no probs by keeping the speed up.

That is my 350 that I lent to a friend of CanAms for his first off road trip. I was on my 500e.

He was riding to slowly which allowed the mud to build. It then became stuck solid and I was mindful of your clutch incident which is why I made them dig it out by hand!!!

If you kept enough speed up the tyres would clear the mud but it needed some balls to keep going. Or in the case of CanAm just being a nutjob!!

I have put the chain guard back on the 500e to see if it will divert some of the mud out the side rather than through the front and around the sprocket!

LOL, I don't blame you, it's exactly what happened to mine. I've learned my lesson though. :lol:

My intention with the small puddle and the can-am was to splash everyone in muddy water at warp 9 It didn't work i took to parking it horizontal. It got a bit wet for my attempted sin.

I picked up a missfire on the way home soon cured it with a wick wiggle of the multiplug on the CDI.

Great looking lanes! Nice to see an old Can Am too! Passed my test on one of them! :D
